What you'll need:
- risotto rice
- mushrooms
- bacon
- onion
- leeks
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
How to make it:
- put risotto rice in a pan
- cover with olive oil and let it simmer for a couple minutes
- add a cup of water (and add a cup of water every time the water is soaked into the rice until the rice is cooked)
- in a seperate pan ; cook the onion, bacon, leeks and mushrooms
- wait until the risotto rice is cooked (takes about 30-40 minutes)
- add the onion, leeks and mushrooms and mix
And then it's ready to eat! :)

This is always very tasty when you make it. It could be good for using up bits of leftover chicken and cooked veggies after a Sunday roast too :)
