Christmas trip to the zoo ! - Sortie de Noel au zoo !

the afternoon started with a dentist apointment for my sisters braces and I thought the water looked really blue compared to usual ! 

l'après midi a commencé par un rendez vous chez le dentiste pour l'appareil dentaire a ma soeur et j'ai trouvé que l'eau était hyper bleue comparée a d'habitude ! 

me and my sister went to the cinema 2 days ago to watch this movie : 

moi et ma soeur sommes allées au cinéma il y a 2 jours pour voir ce film :

first up at the zoo were the seals : 

premièrement au zoo étaient les phoques : 

afterwards we saw the owl : 

après on a vu les chouettes : 

we saw the flamingos next : 

on a vu les flamant roses ensuite :

there were some free Christmas activities inside the zoo ! 

il y avait des activités de Noel gratuites dans le zoo !

we went back to looking at all the animals ; we saw the beavers :

next were the ferets :

there Christmas tree looked reallyyyyy festive !

leur sapin de Noel était trèèèès festif ! 

It was freezing cold, so we all had a hot chocolate (or an apple juice) and a crepe ! 

Il faisait hyper froid, donc on a tous pris un chocolat chaud (ou un jus de pomme) et une crèpe ! 

Father Christmas appeared from nowhere ! 

Le père Noel est apparu de nul part !

there is now an anteater in the zoo !

a day out in the Christmas period - une sortie dans la période de Noel

for the second year in a row, our town has decided to install the carriage rides in the Christmas period : 

pour la deuxième année consécutive, notre ville a décidé de remettre en place les tours en calèche pendant la période de Noel : 

all five of us decided to go on it !

Nous cinq avons décidé d'aller dessus !

we went past last year's light up teddy bear :

it was the perfect angle to get a picture of the clock tower :

The colours on that picture made me think of Frozen :

I thought that patern look beautiful on the church !

j'ai trouvé que ce motif rendait magnifique sur l'église !

you probably know that the new Star Wars episode has come out, so in the shopping center near the cinema there's people dressed up as characters from the film, and there was a teddy bear too : 

Vous savez surement que le nouvel épisode de Star Wars est sorti, donc dans le centre commercial près du cinéma il y avait des gens déguisés en personnages du film, et il y avait un ours aussi :

Christmas essential ! - essentiel de Noel !

Christmas isn't Christmas without a hot chocolate :

then I saw it actually came from America ! 

it comes in little sachet that contains chocolate powder and marshmallows : 

finished at 3pm last Friday (insted of 6pm !) so I decided to have a hot chocolate in front of a lovely christmas film :

I drank it in like... a minute !

Noel n'est pas Noel sans un chocolat chaud : 

puis j'ai vu qu'ils venaient vraiment des Etats-Unis ! 

il viens dans un petit sachet qui contiens de la poudre de chocolat et des chamallows :

j'ai fini à 15h vendredi dernier (a la place de 18h !) donc j'ai décidé de prendre un chocolat chaud devant un adorable film de Noel : 

je l'ai bu en genre... une minute !

we walked through the shopping center and there was a little layout and my brother wanted a photo in front of it : 

then there was a Christmas tree forest ! 

then Juliette and Pierre took a picture with Father Christmas : 

We went at the shopping center and there was some people dressed up as a reindeer and as a polar bear : 

the sky looked amazing when the sun was starting to set :

there was this enormous decorated Christmas tree in front of the town hall :

then there was a parade in town :

the colours of the float made me think of Frozen ! 

behind it were people holding some enormous jellyfish lanterns : 

a giant fish lantern came ; it looked amazing :

the Christmas market was out and the lights were on when we went past it again :

on est passés par le centre commercial et il y avait une petite disposition et mon frère voulait prendre une photo devant : 

puis il y avait une forêt d'arbres de Noel !

après Juliette et Pierre ont pris une photo avec le Père Noel : 

on est allés au centre commercial et il y avait des gens déguisés en ours polaire et en renne : 

le ciel était magnifique quand le soleil commençait a se coucher :

il y avait cet énorme arbre de Noel décoré devant la mairie : 

puis il avait une parade en ville : 

les couleurs du char m'ont fait pensé a La Reine Des Neige !

derrière il y avait des gens qui tenaient des lanternes en méduses : 

une énorme lanterne en poisson arriva ; elle était impressionnante : 

le marché de Noel était sorti et les lumières étaient allumés quand on est repassés devant : 

Christmassy shopping center ! - centre commercial festif !

as soon as we arrived that's what the "Cité Europe" (shopping center in Calais) looked like :

of course we went to the Disney Store and there were some Disney characters statues so I took a picture with each one of them ! 

with Aurora, Flynn and Woody : 

I was surprised to see that they have now put a "Kiko" shop in the shopping center ! 

there was this enormous blow up teddy bear in the middle of the ground floor : 

then there was this lovely christmas layout : 

I thought that their trees were really well done ! 

my brother wanted to go on the little train that went everywhere on the ground floor, so I ended up going in it whith him, and actually when we went to Cité Europe me and my friend were there at the same time and I really hoped I didn't see her at that moment ! (Heeey Cassandre !)

dès que l'on est arrivé voilà a quoi ressemblait la "Cité Europe" (centre commercial a Calais) : 

bien sur on est allés au Disney Store et il y avait des statues des personnages Disney donc j'ai pris une photo avec chacune d'elles !

avec Aurore, Flynn et Woody : 

j'ai été surprise de voir qu'il y a un magasin "Kiko" dans le centre commercial :

il y avait cet énorme ours en peluche gonflable au premier étage : 

puis il y avait cet adorable scène de Noël :

je trouvais que leurs sapins étaient vraiment très bien fait ! 

mon frère voulait aller dans le petit train qui allait partout au premier étage, donc j'ai fini dedans avec lui, et quand on est allés a la Cité Europe moi et une amie y étions en même temps et j'espérait vraiment que je n'allais pas la croiser a ce moment là ! (Heeey Cassandre !) 

Venus and the Moon - La Lune et Vénus

I was amazed to see that even when it's a cresceant moon ; we can still see the whole moon ! 

and I found it easier to film it than to take a picture of it, si there is a video of Venus and the Moon :

these last few days the sun rises and sunsets have been absolutely beautiful, I came out of school super early the other day so I managed to get some photos of it :

Friday night just before going to my french lesson it was starting to get dark, and the whole sky just turned completely purple but didn't have my camera so I haven't got any photos of that ! 

and this morning I managed to capture the sunrise for you !

ces derniers jours les levers et couchers de soleil ont été absolument magnifique, je suis sortie des cours hyper top l'autre jour donc j'ai pu prendre des photos :

Vendredi soir juste avant d'aller a mon cours de Français il commençait a faire noir, et le ciel est devenu complètement violet mais je n'avais pas mon appareil photo donc je n'ai pas de photos de ça ! 

et ce matin j'ai réussi a avoir une photo du lever de soleil !
